EF Studios understands that purchasing fine jewellery is an investment and a considered decision. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our jewellery.

Some of our jewellery is made-to-order. Production time is up to 3 weeks plus delivery.


As stated in all item descriptions, we strongly suggest having your finger sized. We are unable to process a refund or exchange for a made to order purchase due to a sizing error.

For sizing please either:

1. If you are in Melbourne please book a consultation to size your finger in person.
2. If unable to do so, the best option is to get your finger sized professionally by a jeweller.
3. Ring Sizers are also available to purchase via our website. However, to avoid possible errors our preference is to have your finger sized professionally.
Shipping and delivery:
We only ship within Australia at the moment. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 
Made-to-order:
All jewellery is individually handmade-to-order. Production time is up to 3 weeks plus delivery. Each piece will be slightly different to the one pictured, meaning each are beautifully unique.

Returns and refunds:
Ready-to-ship - We accept returns for change of mind 14 days after deliver. We will happily replace any faulty item or exchange for another in stock item of equal value.
Made-to-order - Due to the made-to-order nature we cannot process an exchange or refund for these items. Please be sure your sizing is correct before ordering, as made-to-order jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing. 

Faulty items:
Whilst each piece goes through rigorous checks to ensure all are perfect, sometimes human errors happen and we apologise if this occurs. While we hope this never happens we will repair any faulty jewellery. Please email us at hello@efstudios.com with an image of the jewellery as you received it and we will get back to you.
