Refund policy

CUSTOM, BESPOKE OR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Purchases of Custom or Made-To-Order pieces unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.

READY TO SHIP

Items purchased from Ready To Ship may be returned within 7 days for a credit note or exchange. 
To initiate a return please email hello@efstudios.com. Once we receive your return package in the studio, the piece(s) will be evaluated before your return is processed. 
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Evaluation criteria includes the following: 
  • Your piece(s) must be in brand new condition including but not limited to: no wear and tear, damages or mistreatment and all original packaging intact and included.
  • Piece(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your Return Label.
  • EF Studios reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests after completing the evaluation process.
