Warranty – EF Studios
At EF Studios, we are dedicated to using the highest quality gemstones and exceptional craftsmanship to create bespoke pieces that are ethical, affordable, and designed to last a lifetime. To stand behind the quality of our creations, all engagement and ceremonial pieces come with a limited six-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults.
What is covered under our Limited Warranty:

Craftsmanship issues: If any issues arise due to the craftsmanship of your piece, such as an unstable setting or flawed metal finish, these will likely become evident in the first few weeks of wear. Any faults caused by craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
What is NOT covered under our Limited Warranty:

Normal wear and tear: Scratches, tarnishing, or minor damage due to regular use.

Damage from improper care: This includes metal corrosion, misshapen settings, chipped stones, or discolouration caused by improper wear or neglect.

Damaged gemstones and diamonds: If not cared for properly, gemstones and diamonds may become damaged or chipped.

Lost stones: Stones lost due to damage or failure to address any damage immediately will not be covered.

Loss or theft: EF Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen rings.

Repairs by third parties: If your EF Studios piece is taken to another jeweller for repairs, maintenance, or alterations (unless previously approved by our team), the warranty will be void.

Non-transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Please ensure you keep your original receipt, as it is required for warranty claims.
Refund & Exchange Policy – EF Studios
At EF Studios, we take pride in the bespoke nature of our creations and the exceptional craftsmanship that goes into every piece. To ensure clarity around our refund and exchange policies, please read the following carefully:
Refund & Exchange:
We do not accept change of mind refunds, credits, or exchanges on any bespoke pieces, including made-to-order, resized, or custom-designed items. This policy also extends to engagement rings, ceremonial rings, fine jewellery, loose stones, and sale items.
If your piece is faulty, or needs repairs, we are committed to fixing it. Please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom Designs & Amendments:
We provide you with a CAD (computer-aided design) for your bespoke piece, typically within one week from your purchase or 50% deposit. Once you receive the CAD, you have 72 hours to approve it. After 72 hours or once you approve the design, no further changes can be made to the order.
Amendments can only be made before CAD approval. If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the CAD, a cancellation fee of $1000 AUD will apply. After the CAD approval, cancellations are strictly not permitted and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges:
EF Studios reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

Evidence of use or wear of the item.
- change of mind.

Bespoke, custom-made items.

A resized ring based on the customer’s specifications.

An incorrect finger size supplied by the customer.

If the issue is not related to quality.
-
If the issue is minor and can be easily rectified by our jewellers.

Evidence that the product has been misused or intentionally tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
