Our bespoke service allows you to create a one-of-a-kind jewellery piece that reflects your individual style, love story, or a significant milestone. Whether you’re looking to design a custom engagement ring, repurpose heirloom gemstones, or create a special fine jewellery piece, our expert craftsmanship and personal approach will bring your vision to life.
The process
Our bespoke process is all about you. We begin by getting to know your story - your preferences, inspirations, and the emotions behind the piece you want to create. From there, we work together to design a timeless piece that is uniquely yours. Our founder, Emily, personally guides you through the design process, sharing her expertise from years of training in Rome as an engagement ring specialist and jeweller.

Consultation & design
Every bespoke piece begins with a private consultation, either in our Melbourne studio or virtually. We'll explore your ideas, discuss your lifestyle and preferences, and guide you through diamond and gemstone options. From there, we create detailed CAD designs and renders, refining every element until the design is exactly as you envisioned.

Once your design is approved, your piece is handcrafted to order in Melbourne. From casting and polishing to expertly setting each diamond or gemstone, every stage is completed with exceptional attention to detail using ethically sourced materials and time-honoured craftsmanship.

After a final quality inspection, your bespoke jewellery is beautifully presented and ready to be worn and cherished for a lifetime. We offer secure Australia-wide and international shipping, as well as private collection appointments from our Melbourne studio.

Is the consultation obligation-free?
Yes, completely. Your consultation is a chance to explore ideas, discuss budget, and see what's possible — there's no pressure and no commitment to move forward until you're ready.
How much does a bespoke piece cost?
Depending on your choice of metal, diamond size, and design detail, we'll give you a clear, transparent quote following your consultation.
How long does the process take, from consultation to finished ring?
Most bespoke pieces take approximately 8-10 weeks from final design approval to completion, covering CAD design, casting, hand-setting, and polishing. If you're working toward a specific date, let us know at your consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Can I bring my own design idea, sketch, or reference image?
Absolutely - in fact, we encourage it. Whether it's a Pinterest board, a rough sketch, or a piece you've seen and loved, bring anything that helps us understand your vision. We'll turn it into a detailed CAD design for your approval.
What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds - the only difference is where they're formed. They offer exceptional quality and value without the environmental and ethical concerns tied to mining.
Can I repurpose an heirloom stone or existing piece of jewellery?
Yes - we love working with heirloom gemstones and sentimental pieces. Bring them to your consultation and we'll talk through how to honour the story while creating something new.
In-person or virtual — how does the consultation actually work?
Both. You're welcome to visit our Melbourne studio in person, or if you're interstate or overseas, we offer the exact same personalised experience over a virtual consultation - including diamond selection and CAD design reviews.
I don't know my ring size — how do I get it right without giving it away?
Totally normal, and easier than you'd think. We can work from a sized ring you borrow discreetly, a printed ring sizer, or even an estimate based on a photo - we'll guide you through the least conspicuous option for your situation.
