MADE TO ORDER
In an effort to remain as sustainable as possible, we craft our jewellery to order. Your piece will take 2-4 weeks to make, and ready to ship. Should you need something more urgently please email us at hello@efstudios.com and we will see how we can fast track it for you.
READY TO SHIP
We may offer very limited one-off ready to ship pieces from time to time. These orders will dispatch from our studio within 1 business day.
BESPOKE JEWELLERY
EF Studios is a jewellery house specialising in crafting modern heirlooms to celebrate life's magical moments. Whether you’d like a unique engagement ring or a customised design to mark a special occasion, we welcome you as you start your journey into the world of bespoke jewellery.

SHIPPING
EF Studios jewellery is made-to-order and will take approximately 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped to you using Australia post or DHL for international orders.
All domestic orders over $200 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
All domestic orders under $200 AUD is $10 for Standard Shipping, or $15 for Express.
We offer complimentary DHL express shipping on all international jewellery purchases over $1,000 AUD.
Once your jewellery is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Orders are shipped from our studio in Melbourne. We offer shipping in Australia and to the US, UK and Canada. If you’d like to order from us from a country not listed please contact us at hello@efstudios.com and we will try to facilitate this for you.
POLICY
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please be aware that our pieces are made-to-order and we can not process returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong size.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We begin the production of your jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at hello@efstudios.com, within 24 hours. Once the production phase of your piece has started, we cannot cancel an order or facilitate a refund for change of mind.
FAULTY JEWELLERY
Our jewellery is individually handmade to order and goes through a number of checks to ensure you never receive a faulty piece of jewellery. If you believe you have received a faulty piece please contact us at hello@efstudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we don’t consider the irregular angles of our handmade jewellery as a fault.
JEWELLERY SIZING
Our jewellery is sized using Australian/British alphabetical sizing. If you need to convert a European or American size to British sizing please click HERE. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional jeweller before ordering as we are unable to process a refund or return for wrong size. If you have any further queries with sizing, please contact hello@efstudios.com.
RESIZING
If a piece you have purchased from us needs to be resized, we may be able to assist for an additional resizing fee of $100.
METALS
EF Studios uses recycled metals and ethically sourced gemstones. Our made-to-order jewellery is available in 925 sterling silver, 9k solid gold and 14k gold vermeil (plated 925 sterling silver).
925 STERLING SILVER
One of the most common metals used in jewellery, 925 sterling silver refers to pure silver that has been mixed with alloys to create 92.5% silver.
9k YELLOW GOLD
We offer solid 9k yellow gold, with an option to customise a design in 14k or 18k yellow gold.
14k GOLD VERMEIL
Pronounced 'Ver-may'. 14k gold vermeil is 2.5 microns of gold plating over sterling silver. Unlike gold plated jewellery, vermeil won't tarnish however the gold colour may fade overtime with wear and exposure to moisture and chemicals. It’s important to care for your vermeil pieces properly to make sure their brilliance lasts.
RE-PLATING VERMEIL
If your gold vermeil pieces have faded over time we are able to offer a re-plating service for an additional fee.
JEWELLERY CARE
Our jewellery is designed to last a lifetime, however, all jewellery needs to be cared for correctly over time.
SOLID GOLD AND SILVER JEWELLERY
Gold and silver jewellery is designed to be worn everyday, however we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals such as perfumes and household cleaning products to avoid discolouration. To clean your fine jewellery we recommend warm water, lightly sudsy with a mild soap and a soft gentle brush. Dry with a soft cloth and finish with a jewellery polishing cloth for a beautiful shine.
VERMEIL
Taking special care of your vermeil jewellery can extend the period between re-plating.
We recommend to remove plated jewellery prior to exercise, showering, moisturising and swimming. Please be sure to avoid exposure to strong chemicals such as perfumes, chlorine, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals.
To clean vermeil jewellery use warm water and a very soft brush. Dry with a soft cloth and use a jewellery cleaning cloth to finish.
While your not wearing your vermeil or plated jewellery it's important to store it properly in your EF Studios protective pouch and jewellery box.
