Begin your journey by getting in contact with us. We’ll guide you through the process and provide details on how to safely send in your unworn or heirloom jewellery for assessment.

Step 2 — We Assess Your Jewellery

Once we receive your pieces, our jewellers will carefully weigh, test, and assess the true gold content to determine its market value.
Please allow up to 14 days for this process — we’ll be in touch as soon as your valuation is ready.

Step 3 — Receive Your Quote & Credit

After your gold has been assessed, we’ll send you a detailed quote outlining its value.
It’s completely obligation-free — simply reply within three days to confirm.
Once approved, we’ll issue your EF Studios digital gift card to use toward your next bespoke or ready-to-wear piece.
